My son is obsessed with dinosaurs–he always has been. When he started to get really into them I also began to rediscover a love for these ancient monsters. When you stop and think about the reality of giant lizards it's sort of mind blowing. Like the idea of dinosaurs, my kids have each taught me an invaluable lesson: That our imaginations don't have to go extinct either. I created this piece out of my love for my kids, and to remind us all as adults that if we lose our imagination, we have nothing left.
